All our rooms are en suite with TV, fridge and tea & coffee makers. Prices are per room per night for accommodation only, Breakfast is available at £12 per adult and £6 per child and can be booked during your stay.

Cancellation Policy
1 night deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are non refundable, however in case of cancellation can be used against a future stay. Remaining balance for stay will be charged on day of arrival. If your booking is affected by a local or regional lock down, positive COVID test result, or are told to self isolate by the NHS track and trace system we will honour your deposit on a future stay. If we can not rearrange a suitable date, or a prolonged lock down prevents this, we will refund your deposit less a 5% admin fee. In case of no-show or late cancellation the total cost will be charged
